Cable Extrusion Line Manufacturer for High-Speed Cable Production

Golden Technologies is a cable extrusion line manufacturer delivering complete, factory-tested solutions for automotive wire, network cable, building wire and power cable production. Each line is engineered for stable insulation thickness, clean surface finish and dependable high-speed output.

Production Range

Extrusion lines for every cable type

Below are our most-deployed extrusion lines. The figures are extruder screw diameters (Ø, mm) — multiple values indicate a multi-extruder line — co-extrusion (one head) or tandem (in-line).

Building Wire Extrusion Line Buyer guide for building wire insulation line selection. Automotive Wire Extrusion Line Signal, sheathing and single-core automotive wire configurations. Network Cable Extrusion Line CAT5, CAT6, CAT7 and CAT8 insulation or sheathing routes. Power Cable Sheathing Line Power cable and MV/HV sheathing line selection.

How to choose a cable extrusion line

A useful quotation starts with the cable, not a generic machine list. The conductor, finished cable structure, material, target output and reel handling determine which extrusion and downstream sections belong in the line. Golden Technologies reviews these inputs before recommending a configuration.

1. Define the cable application

Identify whether the project is for building wire, automotive wire, network cable, power cable sheathing or a specialty application. Each route has different process and handling priorities.

2. Confirm structure and material

Share conductor size, finished diameter, insulation or sheath structure, material family and applicable standard. These details guide the extruder, tooling, cooling and control scope.

3. Set the production target

State the required line speed or output, product tolerance and inspection needs. The complete line must coordinate extrusion, cooling, pulling and take-up rather than optimize one section alone.

4. Match the factory layout

Provide available floor length, reel sizes, payoff and take-up preferences, utilities and any equipment that must remain in the process. This prevents avoidable layout changes later.

Talk to our engineers

Cable extrusion line selection questions

These are the first questions our engineering team uses to narrow the line configuration before a technical proposal.

What should I send for an initial recommendation?

Send the cable type, conductor and finished diameter range, material, insulation or sheath structure, target speed or output, reel size and available factory layout.

How is the final line scope confirmed?

The scope is confirmed against the submitted cable specification, required process, factory constraints and agreed pre-shipment test requirements before production proceeds.
